Alessana Bryczkowski, LMHC.
‘My specialty is helping clients pinpoint issues and develop effective strategies and techniques to resolve them.”
A licensed psychotherapist specializing in treating individuals, groups and couples, Alessana Bryczkowski is tremendously successful at helping people bring about the changes they wish to make in their lives. Alessana works either in a more traditional psychodynamic relationship (helping clients to link the unconscious to the conscious and identify those behaviors that are not working for them) or in a more “solution-focused” orientation—getting results and moving sessions along quickly. I give feedback and am warm, clear, and supportive.
When necessary for creating specific results I use a “coaching” methodology for helping clients create the results that they want in their lives—whether it’s change in career, relationship, weight or having the life they have always dreamed of!
Alessana received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and completed a Master’s of Science degree at Barry University with a dual specialization in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition, she completed a year-long Certification in Addiction Studies at the University of Miami and is a certified addiction professional candidate. Alessana maintains a strong interest in fitness and nutrition-related activities, and is a dedicated yoga practitioner and certified yoga teacher.
